Bison Chili
This delicious bison chili is sure to fill you up and keep you warm on those "chili" days!

1 lb ground bison meat

1 large onion, diced

1-15oz can pinto beans

2-16oz cans peeled tomatoes

3/4 cup water

2 tsp chili powder
-
1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1) In a medium skillet, saute' the onion until translucent. Then add the ground bison meat and cook until browned.
2) Add the pinto beans, tomatoes, water, and spices.
3) Cover and let simmer for 1 hour. (Add more water if the chili becomes too thick)
